Hi there, could you please tell me about the iodine rich foods and vegetables since I have hypothyroidism, so now I want to improve my health on the basis of adopting healthy lifestyle and diet. Apart from this, I want know about the name of the high iodized salt which I should eat? I am confused with sandha namak or tata lite salt, but I don't which one would be beneficial for my health. Thanks.
