Taking dolo 650, domstal and bactoclav 375, for 3 days, my son's platelet as come down to 61000, and esr is 18, my son fever is completely gone, what you suggest to improve this platelet doctor, due to taking this tablet s it come down or not please guide m regards a murugesan.

Keep a close watch on platelet. Avoid any unwanted medication. If possible take proper homoeopathic treatment.

Dear lybrate-user, you need to be vigilant for platelet count of your son. Get it tested daily for proper vigilance on daily basis. Ideally it should be revamped now but in case of further lowering, I will recommend to get your son admitted in local hospital for all supportive measures and for platelet transfusion if needed.
