My age is 70 and having asthma problem from last 10 years. Taking nabuliser beaudecort+deolin in the morning and unicontin 400 tab+sucking a rotocap in evening, inhaler as and when required. Problem - can not walk more then 50 meters in the early morning and 100 meters day time. Advice if I need change treatment.

Have smoked ever, then it can be COPD and not asthma Better go far PFT. Better you take onbreez 150 transcaps through lupihale once/day and tiate transcaps once/day through lupihaler. Can nebu. With douli only two/three times day.Join pulmonary rehabilitation programme.
