Hi i?m 39 years old, I have vulvodynia it?s provoked by pudenal pain, I was found to have a severe nerve entrapment which I have had decompression surgery but I just can?t wear anything other than loose light cotton trousers and it?s not easy to dress during the winter months in clothes that don?t keep me warm. My vulva is so painful, as soon as anything touches it it makes my pain so much worse. I have previously been diagnosed with herpes 2 but there are never blisters or sores it just makes below even more painful. I don?t know which direction to turn in? I?m in real pain. I?m 9 months out of surgery and I find standing and walking very difficult due to pelvic pain but the fact I can?t wear normal clothes like trousers other than 100% cotton even if it?s not touching no tights or anything not even bamboo? Can anyone think of a remedy that can help me? My homeopath who I have been seeing over a year has never been able to help me and I won?t be going to see her again.
