What topical creams can be used for epiduo gel side effects like skin discoloration. My skin got too much darker on areas where I have applied epiduo. Will it go on own. If using skin lightening creams on skin will it show adverse effects.

please don't self treat. this is very dangerous behavior and i have seen lot of patients repenting due to self treatment. Pigmentation or darkness of the skin can be because of many causes. Suntan, being overweight that is sedentary lifestyle, some pigmentation disorders like acanthosis nigricans for melasma, nutritional deficiency etc are some conditions. unless I take proper history and examine the affected area, a diagnosis cannot be made. please don't do any home remedies because if they go wrong it can worsen the problem. Use a acne control mosituriser because epidural gel causes dryness of skin. For pigmentation it will go off eventually but if you want faster improvement then using cream containing kojic acid will help.
