I feel fear at night. Unfortunately when I wake up at night. I feel someone is noticing me, and I afraid. I can not do anything, that my all body was jammed. And sometimes I feel alone. Nobody is here for me.

Dear, do meditation along with yoga twice a day daily. By doing this all things no such negativity will come to your mind and you will get good sleep. And also read some good positivity books before sleep. Take care.
