Hi doctor. My age 23. Unmarried. I have pcod from 1 year. I took ovral g, m2 tone syrup for 3 months. Bt then also my period is not regular. Symptoms irregular periods, acne. Little bit hair growth started on cheeks. Now I am thinking to try ayushakthi medicine. Please guide me. Tab kumarika daily 2tablet. Tab granthihar 2 daily 2 tablet tab suhruday daily 2 tablet. Narishakti churna 1 tsp twice. All for 3 months these medicine doctor suggested me is this good safe, no side effects? Please tell me. So I can start these medicine.
