My wife is in 8 month pregnancy ,her sugar level fasting is 117 and PP is 150 . Is this fearable one ? How to back to normal? if she takes insulin , will it affect the foetus ? if she takes insulin injection , will she become dependent to the insulin? after delivery will it be back to normal?

Repeat her fbs/ppbs if you have doubts about this repprt. If she takes insulin now, she will not be dependant on it for the rest of her life but she might or might not have to take oral meds after pregnancy.It will depend on her blood sugar levels after pregnancy.
