Hi doctor my mother is suffering from microcytic hypochromic anemia with mild eosinophilia her age is around 48 yrs. My question is how it came why it came by frequent loss of weight only we came to know that she is suffering from this disease also by we have peripheral blood count. How to get cure from this suggest me.

1.Microcytic hypochromic anaemia is a nutritional anaemia and is due to iron deficiency. 2.Do complete blood analysis like CBC and peripheral smear examination and consult doctor for advice 3.Take good nourishing diet like milk, egg, fish, mutton, chicken, fresh green leafy vegetables,tomato fruits like apple,dry fruits like khajoor,kismiss soybean, Pulses, pane er, cheese etc 4. Drink plenty of water, 5.Take adequate rest, 6..Avoid physical and mental exertion. 7..Take Haem up syrup 3 tsf twice daily before food 8 consult doctor/me for further advice
