I am 18 year old guy, I have one side in around right shoulder blade or armpit when I turn my head, sometimes pain in upper back like cutting axially from sharp knife also my bot upper traps are tight when I rotate my head. Also I did mri 3 months ago of my neck it was minor disc bulge, but the pain while doing this mri was bit less than now, so my question is can a whole spine screening mri in t2 weighted images sagittal view onlyshow any muscle injury, tissues, or nerves or I need to do individual parts thoroughly of cervical and thoracic with t2, t1 weightedsagittal plus axial, I aso want to do of lumbar so I thought whole spine screening but if whole spine screening does not show or help to diagnose than I go for both as both cost is bit expensive. Thank you for hearing though question is bit long.
