I am suffering from fever from last 5 days. When I take paracetamol, I feel relax. After few hours again it starts. headache also happens. Body pain also. I am staying in hostel. noon is there to take care. So pls suggest medicine as soon as possible.

Other than fever you having mentioned anythingh which will be difficult to treat. You can do one thingh 1. Take paracetamol 650 mg thrice a day. 2. Plenty of oral fluids 3. As its 5 days get few test in neerby diagnostics a. Complete heamogram with malaria parasie b. Complete urine examination c. Throat and nasopharygeal swab rtpcr to rule out covid19.
