I am 27 year old female. We have been married for one and half year and planning to have a baby only from this month. I don't have that much exposure to sex. I didn't feel any pulsations in my vagina when my spouse released his semen inside me (we had conception during my ovulation period) is that mean it didn't enter my vagina and have less chances of getting pregnant this month?

Your feelings do not decide the result about pregnancy. For pregnancy it is physical presence of sperms in vagina at time of ovulation. Pregnancy can occur only one day of the cycle that is ovulation day so unprotected sex around that day only important. As only one day in month nature should be given 12-24 trials (12 to 24 months) before couple need any active management by gynecologist or infertility specialist.
