I had fever 30 days ago and was cured with in 2 days after that there was a bit of weakness and to then one day I felt dry mouth and my tongue was white with some red dots then I was suggested with breakke tablet and probiotics vizyalac rich and then my tongue was cleaned a bit and red dots reduce but we're still there and then I went for b 12 test my b 12 was 224 after that I am suggested with meganeuron od plus 1cap daily and I am also having loss of appetite and mild diarrhea.
