How early can cervical cerclage be placed? I lost my two pregnancy because of failed cervical stich becoz at time of stitching fetus came in lower part of uterus so baby delivered first time at4 month nd 2nd time at 5 month nd I had bleeding problem throughout both the pregnancy what is the solution of my problem? currently I am nt pregnant trying for pregnancy nd I both time I get pregnant with help of tablet like bestova and ova shield so what can be done to get pregnant naturally?

Pregnancy can occur only one day of the cycle that is ovulation day so unprotected sex around that day only important. As only one day in month nature should be given 12-24 trials (12 to 24 months) before couple need any active management by gynecologist or infertility specialist cervical stitch around 12-14 weeks of pregnancy.
