Hi, please tell me how to consume flax seed, by roasting it then grinding or without roasting it. I heard that on roasting the flax seed it loose some nutrients, is it true? And I can consume flax seed early in the morning with boiled water?

If you want you can roast it or without roasting also you can grind it. U can add them in normal water and can have it. Can.also sprinkle on fruits and have. Can add in yogurt also. On roasting it doesn't loose any nutrients.
