I am having a pelvic floor problem, when ever I get stressed, sit for long time, and have orgasm. My muscles get tight from left groin area, left hip, and I can feel the tightness and stretch all the way from left thigh to left leg and with this I feel urgency and frequency of urine. With pelvic exercise like child pose and yoga and cardio it gets better in three days but it get triggered when ever I get stressed, have orgasm. Please suggest something to relive from pain and which muscles or disorder is this? My married life and day to day life is suffering because of this.
