Urethra damage during sex. So that pain during urination and feeling like blockage of renal path in penis. Azithromycin 500 mg od taken for 2 days. But no relief. What antibiotics should I take?

Basically starting antibiotics directly is not a good option will have to see nature of injury and skin which is damaged either it is normal tear or it is fungal infection azee directly will not help you.
