I'm 34 years male, got perianal abscess 2 months back, got operated, it did not heal, got pus culture done, result-" e Coli and multidrug resistant, only amikacin injection works" 1) Doc did not rely on culture report n said amikacin cud harm kidney so he told to wait, my present creatinine is 1 2) I already have taken ofloxacin, augmentin, oratil, they did help but abscess not cured, 3) It heals up n then again collection at the healing stage 4) got MRI done result - early stage fistula which is now healed. 5) Now have swelling in perineum n operated spot opened n puss coming out and burning while urinating, a Week back got discharge after urination, now no discharge. 6) is it some kind of STD? What tests to be done? Would be very helpful if you advise, thanks in advance.
