My dog is aggressive and gets scared whenever we take him to vet for treatment. 2 days back we took him for ear treatment and due to his fear aggression he was tied very tightly around his neck so that vet could give him injection. After this incident he got scared and became very protective. The very next day we saw that the white area in his eye has become blood red in colour and it is spreading around whole white portion of eye. Although he is able to see clearly and has shown no signs of pain and irritation. He is behaving normally but his eyes are still blood red. I think he has subconjunctival hemorrhage. Both his eyes are affected equally. Will his eyes get better on its own or will it require a separate treatment?
