When I expose to sunlight on my whole body I get red patches in a min only n it don't go ven I cum in shadow for many weeks it's leave d patches n it get Lil black please suggest me something so I can go freely in sunlight.

Maybe you have polymorphous light eruption or solar urticarial. It's hard to tell without seeing it. What you can do is use a broad spectrum sunscreen with spf30, both indoors and outdoors. Use it before and after a swim. Make sure you apply it even when you r at home or in the car. After every three hours, it has to be reapplied.
