I am becoming angry very easily and behave like mad. I started shouting and throw the goods here and there. At that there is no control on my breathe. After that I felt guilty. every time random thoughts are coming in my mind. Like mood swing. I am feeling difficulty in decision making. I have no idea what to do in life.

Hi, good morning.you have to bring some lifestyle modifications to change such character. Get up early in the morning and go to bed early.Do some exercises, breathing exercise and meditation.drink plenty of water.avoid oily food.Avoid persons who are irritating you.Read good books.dont spend more time with mobile esp at night.Have an aim & work hard to achieve it .
