I am just 23 and my four down teeth are broken completely and this is due to my genetics and the same issue my brother and my mum has the problem what should I do further.

It will be best if you can send a picture of the lower teeth which are broken. As of now you can start with vit. C and calcium supplements which will be very helpful. At home you can do. Two time brushing and warm saline gargle.

Hey there, get x-rays done for the teeth and if they can be saved, get rct done and cap/crown for the teeth. If cannot be saved then get them extracted and get removable or fixed prosthesis. Visit your dentist regularly to avoid gum infection and caries in other teeth and get them treated in an early stage only.
