Hi am 29 m. My question is. After urinating I feel like I still have urine left in the duct. I spend some time in loo but as soon as am done, I start walking or I bend I feel like something is coming out of the penis (urine). Happens almost every time I urinate. Please let me know if this is serious and I need medical attention. Am diabetic. Kindly suggest any particular exercise is needed or any ayurvedic medicine I can use.
