Hi, about two months ago, I started to feel the pain in my wrist and palm of my hand, when I was working hard, especially when I worked on my laptop for long continuous hours, but recently the pain became permanent and comes with even small effort, it became difficult to open the door handle or carry a jug of water or even cut vegetables. Please advise me. Thank you very much.

Carpal tunnel syndrome refers to what happens when there's pressure on your median nerve. This nerve travels from your forearm into your palm, in the carpal tunnel of the wrist. In some cases, it can cause warmth or a burning sensation in your hands. Let's have a detailed discussion to ensure proper treatment.
