I am nasal polyps bilateral maxillary sinusitis, stomach bloating gas problem ,some sound in neck bubble types, nausea,anxiety ,head�che, eye,eyebrow pain, tingling and shaking in hand legs ,pain in sometime half upper sometime full leg pain, feel sleepy alot.
