Hii doctor I fell congestion in my nose. I also feel bubble or swelling in my nose most of the time it is in the right nostril but it moves to the left nostril also. The situation get worst in night when I sleep under the fan. I have to sleep straight I can't turn on one side please help me with some medicine or nasal spray I took sinarest table and otrivin oxy nasal spray but no relief there is also discharge in nose and throat please help.

It can be because of allergic rhinitis or sore throat or sinusitis or polyp nose or DNS or adenoids etc. I need detail of case. In the meanwhile do this 1.
