Have many small bumps like on back of tongue near terminal sulcus area near lingual tonsils. From many days. They do not grow in size. No pain no inflammation. No pain while swallowing. No fever no cough. It is as it is from many days. Some bumps are big some are small but many behind the tongue. I can feel them with hands. So what are they. Are they normal. I can not send photo of that region coz its difficult to take photo of it. please do not ask photo or pic.
