From 2 days I have mild pain in one lower incisor's gum. On the skin of that gum there is tiny raised vesicle (appearing white. Is this a dental abscess? Please suggest any medicine or home tips for this.

hello urmi... it may be abscess...either periapical or periodontal... for proper treatment plan...send some pics of that teeth and gums region and text me.... two time brushing and warm saline gargle will be helpful...

Hi, do you have any history of injury? Yes! that tiny white lesion could b a sinus due to peri apical abscess. Bwt for accurecy please, send pics of that area and if any xray you are having. I would able to give you proper treatment. Tnx.
