My front side lower teeth got broken in dec 2019 and was also sensitive to temp, so doc did filling but it didn't help, now major portion is broke and it's changing colour. Is there any problem if I just extract it?

Extraction prematurely is not recommended consult your dentist again you may require rct or epicoectomy n than cap.

Hey there, no need of extraction. Your natural tooth can be retained. Just get root canal treatment done and a crown over it. Restoring your tooth is better and cheaper than going for extraction and getting fpd or an implant. For any query use my doctor code gm2c5d.

Hello, lybrate-user often such injuries occur to the tooth and due to heavy impact, the inner live pulp dies. The dead tissue and blood discolor the tooth. As it is front teeth if saved with root canal treatment will provide the best results. Consult your dentist to know whether root canal treatment could be done for the teeth and ask for teeth colored crown which will exactly look like your real teeth. Extracting your teeth will cause a lot of problems later in life and might your adjacent teeth will migrate into such space causing malalignment. The teeth once extracted need to be replaced which is more expensive with multiple crowns or dental implants.

Good morning thanks for the query as per your words, it seems due to trauma to your teeth it's getting dead (living tissue is infected). It's better to visit your dentist go for a xray and I am sure he will advice rootcanaltretmemt (rct) and cap. Regards team dentafix chandigarh|panchkula.
