I am pregnant with twins, and six month start. My lmp is 25 dec 2019. Im taking folic acid, iron, calcium and vitd. Now i'm suffering from back pain, heel swelling, my one brest is red around nipple area. Is it normal? May I travel from delhi to bihar. Either train or flight? 27 july I want to go. please tell me is it safe or not? I hv already take tetanus injection in 4 month. When it again hv to take? Which month hv to take dtp vaccine? Please kindly reply me. thanks.

The symptoms are normal in pregnancy. Do not worry. You can go by flight or train. They are safe. Just keep yourself hydrated and try to move your legs when inside the train/ flight. tDAP vaccine is needed after 24 week.s
