My incisors snd canines of upper and below jaw developed brown stains overnight. Difficult to remove with usual brushing. They are rough. The brown stain develops at the base of these teeth. The upper edge of these teeth look a bit translucent. One of the incisors of below jaw has got permanent brown stains in 40% of its surface area. I am afraid. No coffee ,no tea, no carbonated beverages, no alcoholic drugs, no smoking. Is there any permanent solution or my teeth are on the verge of dehydration. Please help,

Hey there, these do not seem like stains but cervical caries. These develop by using hard tooth brush or wrong brushing technique or poor gum health. You need to visit your dentist for needed restorations. Kindly use a soft / ultrasoft tooth brush and brush twice daily. Do not brush vigourously and apply pressure while brushing. Go in for scaling.
