I'm 25 years old female. I'm 32 weeks pregnant with my first baby (whom I conceived without any medication) and was diagnosed with iugr in the scan done at 29 weeks of gestation (reduced ac. Everyone blames me saying that it's due to my carelessness. But the truth is I have been eating a lot of nutritious food throughout. Im healthy enough and also don't have any possible issues that may cause iugr. So what might be the reason for this? I'm afraid if my baby has been deprived of all nutrients that I have been providing so far.

Please remember, it is NOT because of your fault. Often IUGR cause is not clear. It may be because of problem in the placenta or the baby. Taking nutrition does not help much. You need regular growth scan with colour Doppler every 2-3 weeks to monitor the baby. You may need early delivery. But one thing is 100% sure, it's not because of your "carelessness".
