Background: I had block at d1d2 on lad in 1997 & suffered major infarct that substantially affected apico septal region. Lvef after recovery was 45% .got maintained due to diet control, exercise & meditation + breathing exercises. Arythmia was noticed at 55 years in 2006. So started nebicard 2.5, flavedon mr, cardace 2.5h, rosuvastatin 5 mg along with coq10, but now at my 69 years ejection fraction is about 30/35%. Now candace 2.5 is replaced by vymada 50 twice daily. I take dytor 10 only if stomach bloats or if I get breathlessness. Question:- can I take vymada 100 once only instead of vymada 50 twice?
