Hi lybrate-user. Emergency contraceptive pill should be taken within 72 hours (sex ka 3 days ke andar lena hei) acha result hona hei tho 24 hours ke andar lena hei. 1st poll lene ke 12 hours ke baad 2 nd pill lena hei. But I need to know your last period date and the unprotected sexual intercouse date. So I can tell you the chances of having pregnancy.
