Respected sir, I have completed my intradermal anti rabies vaccine course from govt hospital. Generally, intradermal vaccine is given on both arm's skin (half half on each). But in my case, they mistakenly injected my 2nd vaccine two times on same one arm only. Will it reduce that vaccine immunity? Sir. please make me understand. I am confused.

It is unlikely to reduce the vaccine immunity. The use of intradermal route is to ensure slow absorption of the vaccine. It is administered on different arms to reduce the side effects. If you feel you have not recieved vaccine in a proper way/dose. You can get an additional booster dose of the vaccine. Please note: further check up, history and examination may be required, seek immediate medical attention if you experience worsening of symptoms. Feel free to contact me for more information :) my consulting fee is only rs 1! get well soon
