You are having problem due to allergic rhinitis or sinusitis. 1.Do an allergy test after consulting allergist to find the cause of allergy and follow advice accordingly. 2.Also consult ENT specialist to rule out sinusitis 3. Do steam inhalation with Karvol plus inhalant capsule. 4.Put otrivin nasal drop one drop thrice daily. 5.Take one tablet of cetrizine at bed time
