I?m a male in mid-20s. I have been experiencing increasingly recurrent instability in both elbows (more on the right, and i?m right-handed, if that?s worth noting). I spend a lot of hours working on my laptop for work. My elbows pop about a few dozen times a day and they often feel ?loose?. It can sometimes be triggered by holding some up in my hands (even a phone). Not an athlete and no significant trauma. What are possible causes and treatments? Is it likely to continue getting worse? I got an x-ray last year for this and it seemed alright, but it does seem to be getting worse.

Apply ice in the painful area which would definitely help to greater extent. And you can wear elbow brace which would help you to keep your elbow warm and will give you protection.
