I'm 32. I had anal fissure and I used calcium dobesilate with hydrocortisone acetate combination to treat it. It improved well but, started again after having some sport activities. i've been using the anal cream for 3 months. I felt better but, I still feel some burning irritation in my rectum. Can it be because of long term use of steroid cream or the fissure? Thank you!
