I have swelling with red patches under my knees. It's very painful and I develop fever with chills. It's becoming unmanageable. I have this problem from my teens. Now I am 51. It was assessed as chronic immune thrombocytopenia at 48. Further I switched to ayurvedic treatment. My health has improved but suffering a lot with legs pain. Please suggest suitable remedy.
