Dear doctor my son 14 month old. Last week we given him a 2/3 tea spoon of curd because some one said it's good for baby in summer. But suddenly he started to cough with bulgum. And we given him tulsi and all home remedies but not worth. Then I got broxyl ls junior from market because all near by clinic are closed. But that syrup also not work .he has still cough in morning time not whole day. Please advise me to what to do I can't take him anywhere because of cavity. Please suggest me the effective medicine thank you.
