Hi, previously also I asked a question regarding pcos problem and spotting problem, your advice seems to be helpful. Well I am done with meprate 7 days course. But on 11 day I again start to spot this time spotting is like runny blood but there no much flow. Is it my periods are triggering or again because of hormonal imbalance that happened after leaving meprate. Moreover, I also did dance to reduce weight after quitting meprate. How could you help me. My doctor asked me to start normoz medicine from day 1 of period but I am confuse it is period or just spotting.
