There is pain in my left jaw.Whenever I chew.When I open my mouth quite wide also feel little pain.

Hello, This may be due to multiple reasons, like TMJ problems, jaw discrepancy, fibrosis of some muscles of mastication or some problem localized to teeth or sinus.
