I want a flexible legs so I started stretching and some exercise and after 1st day my hamstring muscles is paining, on 2nd day I can't able to do what I can easily do, so should I continue the exercise or should I wait to recover my muscle?

Hello Vedprakash. Any extra stretching or excercise will cause pain initially. And if it is not overstretched and the muscles are not injured then it should go with days passing. you can continue your exercise.

please wait until the muscle recovers and please take it slow, try stretching exercises and stretch only till you are comfortable and put more effort every time ....this way in a few days you would be stretching good. Take care.
