Recently I did laparoscopy and hysteroscopy and reports says small calculation seen in bilateral tubes. I have been trying to conceive last 2 years but no success yet. My amh and husband's semen analysis is normal. I do have delayed periods in history and pcos problem. What should I understand from small calculation in bilateral tubes. Is this a major concern to worry? Please guide me. Thanks.

Reports says small calculation seen in- calculation is wrong word. Any couple desirous of pregnancy and not getting same naturally must meet gynecologist or infertility specialist accepting facts that it needs many reports and different trials of treatment. Means couple must have patience and go to one in whom they have trust to stick for a long time.

I think it was "small sacculation". If there was spillage from both the tubes and the tubes and ovaries are otherwise normal, you can try 2-3 cycles of IUI. If that fails, you have to think for IVF.
