Hi I am 20 year old and 6 month pregnant I ask that my blood group ab negative and my husband blood group b positive if my baby blood group positive during my pregnancy what will effect baby that my blood negative and baby blood group positive it harmful my baby?

Most of the time there is no problem to first baby (if you did not have wrong blood transfusion and abortion in past). Some obstetricians prefer to give special injections in later months and most decide after delivery for future.
