It measures 20 mm in thickness and 8.8 cm in thickness. It is showing heterogeneous enhancement. Whole muscular layer is involved with pericolic fat stranding and soft tissue extension in the lateral and posterior aspect. Ic junction and terminal ileum appears involved. Proximally it is extending upto the hepatic flexure. Mild luminal narrowing is seen, however no significant proximal dilatation is noted. There r multiple, enlarged heterogeneous ly enhancing para-colic lymph nodes noted, largest of 1.3 cm in msad.
