I am 72 years old man and suffering with heart diseases tvd. Angioplasty done and crt - d implanted. Presently facing huge problem due to bph. (on kub report pol is 33 pvr is 62/205). Not able to pass urine properly. Few drops passing in 20 minute waiting time. Doctor recommended silodosin 8 mg and dutasteride 0.5 mg. I am taking this medicine since last 3 years. Kindly suggest the best medicine.

Hello lybrate-user ji. You should take proper investigation to rule out prostate cancer. I am not trying to frighten you. But it is better to know early. Take serum psa test immediately. Consult me at Lybrate for further advise. Till then take chimaphilla q 15 drops thrice.
