I notice few black threads in semen after masturbation. It's been more than 4 months, I think. Sometimes, I feel mild pain and urge to urinate at night if I masturbate too much. Are these black threads normal, should I be worried and what should I do for it?

Hello- The most probable reason could be minor bleeds from prostatic veins at the time of ejaculation A microscopic examination will clarify In case of bleeds,there will be red blood cells These are not dangerous at all Though uncommon, It is cured by itself because the bleeding stops immediately. I imagine you are very concerned about the possibility of a serious illness like cancer but for sure, it is not serious.Still for your satisfaction,you can get a Total PSA level tested .
