My whole life has gone under stress over thinking negative thinking. For this stress I have got many problem ibs, acid reflux whenever I take too much stress this symptoms start again and again. What can I do now please suggest me.

Stress is a feeling of emotional or physical tension. It can come from any event or thought that makes you feel frustrated, angry, or nervous. Some do's and don'ts you need to follow like: eat and drink sensibly. Assert yourself. Stop smoking or other bad habits. Exercise regularly and many more which can help you to reduce stress level. If it is severe in your condition then it can be discussed over a call or video meeting.
