Hello, Age: 21 years, weight: 45 kg i'm surfing from "mesial temporal lobe sclerosis (left)" currently i'm taking oxetol xr 450 mg, morning & evening. My question is oxytol 450 mg and oxetol xr 450 mg are same.

Xr is short for extended release. So with xr prepration blood levels are uniform and maintained for a longer time period.
